6:00 – 6:30 PM: Guest arrivals & cocktail reception with passed appetizers and a signature cocktail

Aaron is a seasoned culinary professional with over 17 years' experience in the hospitality industry. Born and raised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, he developed a passion for cooking from an early age.
Aaron honed his skills working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Chicago, where he gained invaluable knowledge and expertise in fine dining. His dedication to the craft led him to Lilia, a renowned restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where he served as Chef de Cuisine for three years.
At Lilia, Aaron showcased his culinary creativity and mastery of modern Italian cuisine under the guidance of Chef Missy Robbins. His attention to detail and commitment to using the finest ingredients resulted in exceptional dining experiences for guests, as they do to this day.
Aaron's journey from the heartland of Wisconsin to the bustling culinary scenes of Chicago and New York shaped his unique cooking style.
He blends his midwestern roots with techniques and flavors he's acquired throughout his career to create dishes that are both comforting and innovative. And his love of cooking shines through in every bite.
