A global leader in audience measurement, analytics, and personalized marketing partnered with BlueCloud to elevate how they deliver data-driven insights and optimize marketing outcomes.  

One of the biggest challenges the client faced was ensuring strict data privacy and data separation between the client and its end-users. They needed a solution that wouldn’t require complicated data migrations but would still deliver high performance and strong governance and reduce operational burden.

Another major hurdle was making sense of massive volumes of data—everything from household purchase history to internal company metrics. They needed to extract meaningful patterns to support operational improvements and guide strategic decisions. The goal was to unlock deeper insights into customer behavior and buying habits, and set the stage for smarter campaigns, improved services, and stronger long-term growth.

The client turned to BlueCloud to help them design a highly customized, AI-powered Native application that could enhance their business intelligence, simplify their complex data landscape and deliver real-time, actionable insights.

The BlueCloud team implemented BlueInsights and Snowflake Cortex AI to improve the client's business intelligence capabilities and enable them to gain valuable insights from their large data sets. This solution also streamlined the decision-making process, making it more efficient and data driven.  

The Analyses Flow processes data queries, generates optimized queries, and presents results in an interactive data frame. The Insights Flow selects relevant data, trains ML models, makes predictions, and visualizes results interactively.

Advanced Analytics for Customer Behaviour

To enable the client to gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior and purchasing habits, we leveraged advanced analytics that provides data processing and data analysis capabilities.  

Once thoroughly tested, the app will be deployed on the Snowflake Marketplace, providing the client with a scalable, efficient solution to drive revenue and maintain a competitive edge in the advertising industry.
