- Created highly visualized CTC Performance Executive Dashboard for the leadership at a global level with drill through details to Regional and granular CTC view.
- Separate detailed drill-down dashboard was created which gives summary to low level details for both executive and analyst levels.
- The metrics available at the source level (Analysis Services), which improved the load & refresh rate of the dashboard.
- Documented the entire development work details in a design specification document. Metrics were separately documented for reference on calculated fields created and used in the dashboard.
